With over 20 years of experience in college athletics, including 12+ years as the Director of Operations and Assistant Coach at Texas Tech University, I'm offering players and parents access to not just my expertise but to a hands-on experience - right at your fingertips!

After years of recruiting and speaking with countless players and parents, I recognized a significant gap and a clear need for support. This program is my solution to bridge that gap, offering the guidance you need - all in one place.

With the rapid changes in college baseball, my mission is to give families everything they need to feel confident - and to serve as a guide for both parents and players through one of life’s most important decisions.
